I should cut down the time I spent on the internet. So here's a brief summary of the week.

1) Khal bought the wrong tickets so we watched the transformers instead of fantastic 4, so poor aiman had to watch twice (it's a gd show btw)
2) The receiving of the mid year papers.(except for gp)
3) Tennis during pe - me and sam totally suck in it, haha!
4) Past vs Present this sat (!!)
5) The Touch new exco, woohoo.
6) Erm.. and a nightmare.

Even after the mental preparedness, I still don't know what happened to me today. I seemed to get this splitting headache just by receiving back bio & chem papers. Bah, bad sign.

So today I had a heart-to-heart talk to myself. I was already weird out by that, so I decided to sleep =//

But from tomorrow onwards, I'm gonna be okay. A few days ago, I had this passing thought that optimism is not necessarily a desirable trait. Especially when you keep falling and picking yourself up all over again. But when I ponder over it again today, it is. Optimism works wonders in keeping yourself together.

I remembered this one time when faddy told me this:
"Sometimes it's just the way we think."

When I think about it, it's true. It's all in your head, the mind that controls it all. In the end, only you yourself can help yourself, and no one else.
